The clock cannot start until a bridge line names one primary. "The team" is an attempt the record keeps and rejects.

Stage 2 of BRIEF-Continuum-Drill-App-v0.2.md (CL-2157, rulings CL-2158). The record is the whole truth: every button writes an event through the model and nothing else. T+ comes from a monotonic clock; pauses and real-world suspensions stop it. The record autosaves to this browser on every event and restores paused after a crash. Stage 3 adds capture: every form is the canon shape, the model validates, attempts are kept whether accepted or rejected, and TRAIN shows coaching that PROVE withholds. Stage 4 adds observations with adjudication, the debrief, RAIL / TEMPO / OUTCOME with critical gates, the Finding Register and closure with an integrity digest. Stage 5 adds replay at any moment, disputed and uncertain markers in the trace, amendments after closure, observer seats, and crew and observer views on this device: open this page with #view=crew or #view=observer in another tab. Those views send to the desk; only the desk writes the record. Stage 6 adds the debrief pack: a self-contained document from the record, page one leading on the conclusion, critical failures, mode, fidelity and limitations before any score detail, then the run sheet, attempts, artefacts, observations, debrief, Finding Register and full trace; the classification line repeats on every printed page. Stage 7 adds levers: a rolled variable that can act, acts, on the clock or by hand, and the crew view changes shape for the seat it hits; the radio call is the 30-word form for degraded comms.
